Manufacturing All Kinds of Lock for More Than 25 Years Defend-Lock manufactures top-quality locks such as padlocks, door cylinders, door locks, steering wheel locks, auto gear lever locks, under-console locks, auto pin-locks, and more. We employ 38 workers at our 2,550-square-meter factory in Kaohsiung City. We offer 10 kinds of products and dedicate one to two production lines for each product. We produce 35,000 pieces monthly and export 18,000 pieces annually.
We have four QC personnel with an average of one to five years' experience equipped with special testing machinery such as 3-D measurement machines. They comply with ISO 9001:2008 standards and ensure a defect rate of 0.01 percent, which is better than the industry average of one percent. Our six R&D staff has 20 years' mechanic and five years' electro-mechanic design experience.
